How we store your personal information
Your information is stored securely in the following places:
- Mailchimp - for newsletter subscriber email addresses (Mailchimp Privacy Policy)
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive) - for correspondence and contact information (Google Privacy Policy)
- Secure internal research records - accessible only to our team, partly stored using GitHub (GitHub Privacy Statement)
We may hold basic professional information about you - typically your name, email address, job title, organisation, phone number, professional profile (e.g. LinkedIn), or notes from our discussions.
We use AI assistants (Anthropic's Claude, and OpenAI) to help draft and summarise documents and correspondence. This may involve processing personal information such as names or email content. We keep your information for as long as there is an active relationship or subscription. If you unsubscribe or ask us to remove your details, we will do so promptly.
